Another awesome arcade hit by Midway back in the day that also made a huge impact on consoles, much like Mortal Kombat, was NBA Jam. In comparison to the simulation-type NBA Live games by EA, NBA Jam featured arcadey, way over-the-top action, and that’s why everyone loved it! “Oh my! He’s on fire!” Sadly, the recent NBA Jam game can’t even begin to fill the shoes of the 90s classic.
