This week’s theme was suggested by Ertyu, and comes from a game that understandably became a huge hit in the US – Tecmo Bowl. I’ve never been one for American football, much less the games based on it, but it has its fans, and was certainly an inspiration for EA’s Madden series that started a while later. The theme is a pleasant 8-bit tune, composed by the man also known for Ninja Gaiden and Captain Tsubasa music – Keiji Yamagishi.
