This week’s music comes from the Mega Drive/Genesis classic Golden Axe II – yet another game I really enjoyed playing back in the day… Before I actually got a Mega Drive myself, there were these spots where you could pay and play a Mega Drive for a period of time, and Golden Axe II was naturally a frequent choice to play along with a friend. I don’t think I ever managed to actually beat the game back then… But the first stage’s music is one I won’t easily forget. So here it is, as this week’s theme on Between Life and Games!
