This week’s music comes from what is, in my opinion, easily the best Star Wars-themed game. BioWare’s Knights of the Old Republic came out a whole 12 years ago (how time flies…), during a time when BioWare still had it, and it still remains among, if not their best game to date. Sure, we didn’t have a full-fledged “shades of grey” morality yet, but… no colour-coded ending, either.

Busted the Great from the Between Life and Games forum is the one who suggested today’s theme, and he’s probably the biggest KotOR fan on the site. Malak’s Theme stays true to the Star Wars feeling, and fits the character it’s dedicated to quite well. The decision to hire Soule to do the game’s soundtrack was truly a wise one.
