Video Game Music of the Week – 22-28.07.2013

SNES had plenty of awesome lower-profile RPGs published by Square and Enix (then not yet merged) like Terranigma. Such games, while doomed to never reach the popularity of Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy VI, maintain very strong cult followings. One of them is Secret of Evermore, whose soundtrack was written by a kid having recently graduated high school, who presented some compositions to Square Soft and was immediately hired to work for them. There are quite a few nice songs on it, and the one I’m sharing is called “Introduction – Credits”. It was suggested by Klemoib on the Between Life and Games Forum.

Composers: Jeremy Soule, Julian Soule
