Some of you may not know, but our forum user Ertyu recently accomplished an extraordinary gaming achievement – after years and years of blood, sweat and tears, he finally managed to beat over 1000 games in his gaming career. But that didn’t stop him, he’s now set his sights on 2000. Well… That one will take a while, but he has made a flying start, at least – already at 1013. And the more recent game he beat is the one he suggested for this week’s video game music – Max Payne 3.

I have special sentiments for the first game in the series, having featured its amazing theme here already, but once Rockstar took control, things became very different. According to many, Max Payne 3 is a good entry, but reality is it’s just far from the incredibly noir fiction Remedy’s original creation provided. Anyway, enjoy the song, it’s called “Tears”.
