This week you're in for a treat, I'm doing 2 games! I'm doing this because they are basically the same game The first is Saboteur released in 1985 for the Commodore 64, and the second it's sequel Saboteur II: Avenging Angel released in 1987, also for the Commodore 64. They were both released on the ZX Spectrum and Amstrad CPC too.

The games look pretty much identical, but in the first game you're a male ninja and in the second game you're female ninja named Nina (a sister of Ninja, the deceased hero of the original Saboteur).

You have to find your way through a maze(typical gameplay for the time) beating up the guards and their dogs.
In the first game you infiltrate on boat,

In the second a hanglider.

In the first game you exfiltrate on a helicopter, in the second a motorbike.

As you can see from the map there's plenty of exploring to do.

There was also a Commodore 16 version, but seriously, don't bother!

For their time the games were pretty awesome, and I still have a lot of fun playing them today. The timer makes the games fairly challenging, you really need a few playthroughs to learn your way around. For their time I'd give them both a 9, today more like a 5.
Check them out and emulate them, they don't take too long to beat.
