As you probably remember, I had a playthrough thread of this game here: http://betweenlifeandgames.com/forum/gaming-group2/game-reviews-playthroughs-forum7/vlado-plays-dress-up-the-final-fantasy-girls-final-fantasy-x-2-spoilers-thread226/

Now that I'm done with it, I wrote a review, too. :) I enjoyed it as a whole, but a lot of it felt like filler... The story just wasn't very important or engaging.

I played a bit of this. The opening music video is one of my least favorite moments in anything either, just makes me cringe. Otherwise, I really enjoyed chapter 1. Then chapter 2 bored me and I stopped.

A 6? You're on the same insane level as Rukkshard I think! It's a 4 all day long, it's a below average RPG.

Well, for starters, I enjoyed it as a whole, so that means above 5. Then, since I already have references, I look at the games in the proximity of the score it's leaning towards. I liked it better than Journey (5.5) for sure, and not as much as Final Fantasy VIII (6.5). Then, a 6. Really, the level of enjoyment was pretty close to The Longest Journey, another 6.

In comparison to other RPGs, sure, it's below average. But I am quite biased in favour of RPGs.

Let's just agree it's a 4 and leave it there. If you're nice I'll meet you in the middle, a 5 it is.
